It will show you where some resistances might have crystalized themselves into your heart chakra area.
Together, with the power of our observation and presence, we will disolve some of those resistances so to feel more free and able to accept Love in our lives.
Since the session is online, we will (breath)work out on a very safe side, tuned-into our nervous system, and therefore it is also a step into this modern realm of moving the breath for beginners.

Born in Canada, Francis spent his childhood exploring the forest in his backyard, where his imagination thrived. As the eldest of six siblings, he developed a deep appreciation for family and adventure. This winter, he eagerly anticipates returning to a nomadic lifestyle.
Francis is passionate about inner child healing journeys, a journey he embarked upon himself. In 2020, he founded the online school 'Energetics, Spirituals & Quantums Discoveries,' catering to youth aged 7 to 15. His commitment to holistic education extends to his upcoming project, 'Zenlightened Kids,' an expansion of his French school into English.
