After years of working in the corporate world and experiencing intense back pain, Ina began her yoga journey in 2012., initially exploring different styles of yoga. She deepened her education through a Yoga Teacher Training at Divya Yoga School in Zagreb, as well as through the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, which shaped her approach to yoga as a path of holistic living. She further trained as a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner at Haber Bodywork Studio in Zagreb and in Reiki practice in Dublin with teacher Nabin Thapa, exploring more deeply the healing power of touch and presence.
Since 2019., she has been running Anahata Yoga Studio in Bray, Ireland, where she was teaching yoga classes and organising holistic events and workshops. In 2021., she completed a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course with dr. Ivana Burić, further deepening her work with presence and nervous system regulation. During the pandemic, her path brought her back to Croatia, where she founded her own studio, ‘InaNature’, a space dedicated to reconnecting with oneself through movement, sound, and meditation.
In 2022., her journey into sound began as she trained as a Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner at the Prema Vama Center in Zagreb, as well as a Gong Practitioner. She recognizes sound as a powerful tool for slowing down and reconnecting with the world of the body.
In recent years, she has continued her education in the field of somatics, particularly through the Somatic Experiencing® approach developed by dr. Peter Levine, deepening her understanding of the importance of safety, connection, and the body as an intelligent teacher and source of wisdom and healing.
In her work with movement and sound, she is inspired by the intention of creating a safe and supportive space where each person can slow down enough to connect more deeply with themselves and others, and “walk in beauty…” through this wonder called life.
