“We all shine on - like the moon and the stars and the sun.” John Lennon
Born in Turin, Italy, Federica grew up practicing rhythmic gymnastics and later classical and contemporary dance, developing a deep appreciation for embodied movement and refined coordination. She first encountered yoga in 2011, but truly fell in love with the practice in 2015, when she discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Its discipline and clarity resonated deeply with her background, and she has been a dedicated practitioner ever since, drawn to its fixed sequences as a mirror through which the body evolves and transforms.
Her main training and ongoing practice are rooted at Yoga Sutra Studio in Turin (Italy), where she completed her 2-year teacher training and later returned as a teacher, while continuing her own practice there and independently, honoring the belief that teaching remains alive only through being a lifelong student. Since 2020, she has also been teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Casamance, Senegal, where practice becomes a bridge between cultures.
More recently, she completed a training in Passaggi Armonici Vinyasa®, a method integrating breath-led vinyasa, intelligent sequencing (krama) and a personalized approach inspired by viniyoga.
Becoming a mother opened a new chapter in her teaching. She is deeply interested in the feminine world and currently explores cyclical, rhythm-based approaches to yoga inspired by the menstrual cycle.
Her classes are a moving meditation, a lifelong tool for returning to center and presence.
